Marv Newton was born in 1932 in Bronx, N.Y.

Went to school at Dorsey High School in Los Angeles, and got is photographic education through apprenticeship and experience.

Marv was employed by motion picture studios United Artists, 20^th Century Fox, and Paramount.

Worked for network television studios NBC, ABC, and CBS.

Became a freelance photographer and started his own studio - Marv Newton Photography

Film projects include features and television album covers.

Marv Newton is survived by his wife Harriet and Daughter Gina.
