Kim Izzarelli was born in San Diego, Ca. in 1951. She grew up in West Los Angeles and attended Venice High School.

In 1969 she met photographer Chester Maydole while getting portfolio pictures for modeling.

In 1970 they were married in Pacific Groove, Ca. By 1971 she was accompanying him to Hollywood events and Home Layouts, shooting the black and white while Chester shot the color.

In 1974 they moved to Santa Fe, New Mexico. She studied painting and exhibited her work at Los Llanos Galleries and other local galleries, while also working as a waitress.

After Chester Maydole's death in 1977, she married Michael Lynch in 1980. In 1982 they moved to Upstate New York to a rural farmhouse on twenty- five acres. After they renovated the farmhouse he opened a solo law practice and she assists him.

She has recently begun to organize and archive the celebrity photos from 1962 - 1974 by Chester Maydole and herself. When not doing that she maintains large perennial gardens which she enjoys painting in watercolor and photographing.
